Late Autumn 2010
Plot Synopsis
Prison number 2537 Anna. After being imprisoned for 7 years, one day Anna is allowed three days of release to attend her mother's funeral. On her way to Seattle, Hoon hurriedly gets on the bus and borrows bus fare from Anna. Hoon is a "companion for hire" for lonely, older women, who is on the run from his client's mad husband.
"You're the first customer left unsatisfied so I'll give you a discount. For the day."
Hoon promises to meet her after he pays off his debts and as a token gives his wristwatch to Anna. Anna only meets his gesture with uninterest and walks away. After seven years, her family and the streets of Seattle all seem to have changed, leaving Anna feeling alienated. Should I just go back? Anna meets Hoon again at the bus terminal, and their day together begins unexpectedly. With Hoon guiding Anna around the city of Seattle, Anna feels at home for the first time in years.
